We understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you expected, or an issue might arise. This policy outlines how we handle returns and refunds to ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone.

    1. General Return Conditions

    • Eligibility Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most Paw Ready products.
    • Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number, receipt, or packing slip.
    • Condition of Item:
    • Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts that came with the product.

     

    2. How to Initiate a Return

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@pawready.com or call us at 1-905-833-5122. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
    2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without an RMA number, as it may delay or prevent your refund.
    3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) you are returning. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    4. Ship Your Item: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product, or an error on our part (see Section 4). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

     3. Non-Returnable Items

    For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

    • Opened toothbrushes
    • Opened and used toothpaste

     

    4. Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm its arrival and to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
    • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above for the item you wish to return, and then place a new order for the desired item.

     

    6. Defective or Damaged Items

    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 72 hours of delivery) at info@pawready.com or 1-905-833-5122.

    To expedite the process, please provide:

    • Your order number.
    • A clear description of the defect or damage.
    • Photographs or videos of the defective/damaged item and its packaging.

    We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, we will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

     

    7. Incorrect Item Received

    If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for the return of the incorrect item at our expense.

     

    8. Cancellations

    You may request to cancel an order within [e.g., 2 hours] of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return policy. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.
